LoL 😂, I worked customer service for 20 years. There have been times when I've been every example EJ demonstrated in one day depending on my day.🤣 I'm now retired, hallajuah. But I do try to be nice to cs reps unless they come off with attitude with me.

Girl what about the ones with those thick accents and you can't understand nothing they're saying??!!!!! I spend 95% of the call asking them "could you repeat that?" "I'm sorry I still didn't understand that last part??" I've accidentally had my TV package changed dealing with people like this! All because I couldn't understand them and just started saying "yeah" because I got tired of asking them to repeat themselves then I get an email saying I've upgraded my package. Nevet again.. 😂😂😂😂
