I just rented the newer one and it was like driving a car. The new ones also have wifi and tinted windows for security of your belongings. It was good on gas mileage.

Interesting you got the newer style their but here in Wisconsin we got the newer gmc savanna’s or the ford transit. I prefer the gmc because it has much softer suspension and is easier on fragile items.

Hi and thanks for the video, Do you think a soft king mattress would fit in there if you slant it? I know they probably recommend the 10" box, but the king mattress is really the biggest thing I have.🙂
Not 100% sure but you can try. Maybe you can drop by the uhaul place and ask them if you can measure the van, that what I did before I rented it 👍
It's $1.29/mile in NJ, although it's better than NY, still very expensive...

The rate can change based on the day and the day you rent it sets the rate for the entire reservation so, check other days to see if you can get it for less.

What size is the fuel tank, because they want you to fill it up when returning it?
You have to figure that in the total cost, a full tank of fuel.
Forgot what the size was but they do have a chart inside the van for reference so you know how many gallons to fill up. You only need to fill up to the level you took the van at. Thanks for stopping by

There are no doors there, just the back and the side
Then they hit you with a charge for every mile you pay if I’m paying for the vehicle damage coverage and then putting gas back in the car what the hell is the additional charge for paying per mile?

It was only a 2 seater
Most of the box trucks are 3 seats but not the vans or pickup trucks

I just paid the total and if you drive more, they will just charge you for the miles when you return it. Make sure to pump gas too 👍
