- In today's vlog, we're back at the Omni Homestead for a girls spa weekend! Located in Hot Springs, Virginia, the Homestead is in the process of a $150+ million renovation. Since it was built in 1766, this is a must! Join us to see our newly renovated room as well as the off campus (but owned by Omni) renovated Jefferson Pools. We had an awesome weekend with lots of laughs, and we're happy to share our adventures with you!

Good pillows are always an advantage. We experienced a hotel recently in NYC that was NOT the best when it came to pillows.
The walls and hallways FEEL 18th century colonial.
NICE that you got such an early view!
Are they smoking your drink? Or trying to make it look like an 80's heavy metal video?
They serve PBJ with smooth jazz in the background. How perfect.

That fire pit is the perfect contrast to the pool.
Herbal cocoon? Sounds like something slow-roasted pork should go into, not us humans! LOL. But maybe we should! Cool.

Amazing mountains there. Especially appreciate it being a half-Mountaineer family.
And the Italian buffet to end it...oh wait...never mind...yeah, pizza does the job.

Yes, you’re right! The Homestead is very close to the WV border. I haven’t crossed over to WV in this area (only been to other parts of WV), but I would really like to sometime.
Is there a vlog about your NYC pillow experience? If not, there should be! What happened… or do I even want to know? Morgan later requested many, many additional pillows, so we ended up with a room full of them! Hahaha.
The hotel has been operational since 1766, so we’re very glad they did a huge renovation (especially improving the structural integrity of the buildings). It looks so much nicer!
They smoked Morgan’s drink. Mine was smokeless. LOL! And of course, smooth jazz is the perfect accompaniment to a fancy PB&J. And a “burritosicle” as well. 😉
The views were stunning… even though it was a little scary driving home in the snow on the winding mountain roads. Thank goodness for Morgan’s SUV. The snow was beautiful. And pretty much the only snow I saw all winter.

Beautiful hotel! Glad you finally got in. 😂 Loved the room and the view. The shops and eateries also looked really cool. The pool with the rocks at the bottom were calling my name. I also loved that shower. The breakfast buffet was pretty impressive. I have to credit Morgan for being a natural on camera and doing a solid collab with you. 🫵🤘

Wow this is a fabulous looking hotel! We laughed when you struggled to get in the room Jill always struggles with keys I call her the Key Master 😂 the room is lovely and the Lobby looks stunning! That smoked old fashioned was super cool! Drinks by the fire with a pianist very civilised and complete with a cinnamon cake! Such a beautiful view from your room window there. Nice gardens. The walking section to massage your feet is very similar to one here at the Peninsula Hot Springs. I love walking through it and the bottom of my feet being massaged by the different stones within. I was jealous, wanted to be where you are.

Nothing like a spa weekend!! My sisters and I do trips with just us and we leave the hubbys at home and it's so nice. What a great view from the room. The garden looks so pretty. I feel like they should just switch the way the door swings and you would have plenty of room to get inside. The room and grounds seem really nice and the spa is lovely. You gave a great tour. @@adventuresofscottandmichel9864 Yes! The hotel has been in operation since 1766! It’s such a cool, historic property (and definitely haunted). This is my second video from the Homestead on my channel. They just had a huge 150 million dollar renovation! A “reel” of their Jefferson Pools went viral recently, so it’s gathered a huge following. You should check it out if you’re ever in VA!
