I reallly love this watch. Was on a trip and came across this. I tried it, fits perfectly on my 6.5 wrist. And it was an expo so they gave additional discounts and got me a price of USD 3,100 (after tax refund)! Unfortunately, my wife was next to me.
Great watch 🙂 I also have 6.5 inch wrist. Several days ago I tested it for a short time in a store and I thought it was a bit too big for me, especially with the space between the lugs and the wrist and also how it tends to lean to one side of the wrist, I assume due to the lugs and bracelet construction. So what was your feeling - was it a good size for you? I will test it again for a longer time but am curious to hear your thoughts
I think, you should try it again. And really look at it, ‘cause when i tried it, it wore almost exactly like my speedmaster and they’ve got the same lug to lug distance. Oris being 1mm longer. And i was in the store for almost an hour, trying it over and over’cause i thought of getting it. So, yeah, it was a good size for me. Only thing i can think of is maybe my wrist span is longer, that’s why the watch was fitting better. But to be sure, just try it a bit longer this time around before it’s too late!😂
@@gullie9004 Thanks for the reply 🙂 I've been waiting for the sixty five diver with the 400 caliber as I wanna get a daily wearer that can cover office, sports and formal supplementing my tool fortis chronograph 38mm. Since it's been announced I appreciate everything about this watch and think it fits everything I am looking for. In addition I really appreciate what oris did with the 400 caliber. For example watches that I am also considering are Longines spirit 37mm and Christopher Ward Trident pro 300 38mm - they provide a fit I am searching for with 45mm lug to lug and 49mm male link tip to the other tip but the mail links are curved and follow the wrist. That's why I still might wait for a 38mm option of the sixty five caliber 400 but I will definitely check out the 40mm again 🙂
@@Vess_Iossifov those are nice watches you mentioned, i recently checked the longines 37mm spirit, loved it but would prefer if they made a green dial for the 37mm. And i’ve never tried nor seen a CW watch but i always look at it online :) But if oris makes the 65 diver a 38mm case, that would be really awesome! More awesome than it already is!
Okay so do all Oris come with 10years warranty? I prefer the look of your Seiko divers but the Oris is a better watch. I thought that you were going to buy it but the GS sounds like a great idea and nice of that sales person to advise you. I will check out this store due to such willingness to put the clients needs first. Well done.
Look for Percy, he’s also a super funny guy. :) i think only this calibre has the recommended 10 year service interval. And i think i also would’ve bought it if my wife didn’t buy me the Longines 😂
@@gullie9004 Ha yes best to appreciate that birthday present a bit longer before letting your wife see you move onto the next acquisition. On a side note I hope that you don't mind me looking at the 213 for my next purchase... I think that would be at least 3 watches we both share :)
@@johnrb9397 😂 she knows that there’s no settling in this hobby. Luckily, i get the full support. :) and, no problem! I’m glad your looking at it, I’d suggest you consider the spb213. Really Great watch!
It will be my next watch I guess
@@caalar there are quite a few releases from oris, some might change your mind. ;)
@@gullie9004 I know I already have an aquis but this particular model is so clean and appealing to me

😂😅 you should’ve begged! 😂😅
Game over 😆🤚
They are beautiful, and extremely comfortable to wear.
Not a better watch made under 7k, period. Not a better movement under 20k. This sets a whole new bar-

@@Vess_Iossifov 😂i assume that looking at watches online consumes a little bit, or more than a little of your time everyday. What are we doing 😂
25 percent discount nice! Is that the norm for ORIS?
No, i was just lucky enough to be there during the discount. :)
