So with fairly consistent results, I've noticed that anytime I react to a Salman Khan trailer, I get sharp split in the comments. People who seem to be diehard SK haters coming at me as if I have committed a horrible crime and at the very same time, people are happy because either they actually enjoy the movie or they are SK lovers. Please know I have no allegiance to any camp. I look at things as neutral as anyone can. Sometimes that will lead to my having an opinion you don't expect. For those wondering what the point of the website is... AT THE TIME, this was a popular request.

To be honest in India there are SK lovers, haters similarly there are SRK haters, lovers. So there is big fight when SRK fans slam SK movies and vice versa. It has nothing to do with your vids.
personally I am big fan of SRK and I hate SK movies except 2-3.

Can't believe people think it's that bad. I know it's not the greatest movie ever but I didn't think it was a terrible movie.

Rajshri is one of the traditional production houses that has made movies since more than 50 Years in India! The kind of movies that he makes is mostly on family and Indian traditions. May be a bit outdated concept these days, the movie was not that great, however Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya shares the equation from his first movie - "Maine Pyaar Kiya". The trailer was just a glimpse of come back of both of them showcasing family values, traditions, music and dance. Music is integral part of Sooraj's most of his movies and hence the trailer doesnt show much about the movie.
The reason the trailer is vague bcoz when Salman Khan is in the movie it is assured of 10x profit... So the makers know that they just have to show salman khan in the promos and 'they will come'.

Initially the throne of bollywood was shared by the three khans: Shahrukh, Salman and Amir. Though it was almost a neck to neck competition but Shahrukh had a small lead. Over the years, despite his good side he has been involved in lot of controversies in personal life. And also Salman's acting skills were relative weaker than the other two. However, over past 5-6 years, Salman has dominated the bollywood with one blockbuster after another and hence has created envious haters in the process. So unless Salman goes down in popularity, these people will keep on hating him.

I think this trailer was meant for audience who know salman khan well. In this trailer, they only needed line "prem is back" to catch audience eye, because prem is very well suited character name in many of his films that fan adore. I think This is why the didn't reveal lots of story background. That was part of surprise. I think.
