Reason why I like these guys is that they show their fails as well. Deer hunting requires patience.
Their public hunts r always so entertaining!! Especially this hunt! Being able to see all those bucks rutting and chasing doe's that's what hunting is all about

My favorite hunter is Aaron really enjoy watching him grow and most is the enthusiasm he brings its pure love of the outdoors and I can totally relate!!!!

Right at the 5 minute mark and ahead that buck had a very unique rack. Growing up on one side and sweeping forward on the left side. Nice young buck.

@@j.f.t.4114 they would still find deer, there just wouldn’t be these 6 nice bucks running all over you in one sit. People wouldn’t like it but I would like my state to adopt Iowa’s regulations. Have bow season during the rut to let more bucks survive to 3 plus yrs old

Fred Bear knew whitetail deer better than most. To have been able to hunt everywhere on the world like he did and to still say that a whitetail buck is the hardest of all, is good enough for me.

Great footage guys, last evening I pulled off my first public land ground hunt. Biggest buck of my life!
My 9 year old cousin killed a 166 inch 12 point.. im still kinda shocked. These big bucks around here are hard to get at...there is a monster
On top of our mountain that is honestly probably pushing 180, im going after that big son of a bitch next bow/ rifle season hard as i can..
With him, no sapling in the woods is safe, lol.. found two
Rubs today on saplings 6-7 inches in diameter just absolutely mauled, and one big ass lone buck bed just on the inside of a mountain laural thicket.
Found another big buck bed and a faint deer trail right on top of a ridge that slopes down fairly steep on both sides, with the left side being a nasty tangle of mountain laural, and the right side going down into a nasty briar thicket...im betting that this big buck is running this ridge and that im so damn close to his core area its not funny..

I'm not one for hunting gear gimmicks, but I started using Nose Jammer a few years ago, and it's amazing. I have had so many mature deer directly downwind of me and have yet to be winded. The stuff REALLY WORKS. For a while I thought maybe they just weren't getting my wind, but at this point it's been dozens and dozens of deer directly downwind and NEVER been winded. They smell something but don't know what, and they don't spook.

I enjoyed watching this hunt. Good filming. One suggestion: I used to walk around in the woods with an arrow nocked, just like I saw you doing; but that creates a safety risk if you trip and also dulls your fixed-blade broad head when you nick into grass and branches--something we aren't even aware we're doing sometimes. If you see the deer first, there'll be time to get the arrow on the string. Nocking an arrow does create a little movement, but so does drawing the bow and that can be done successfully.

One thing I learned from a hunting magazine early on, "take the first good shot that you are offered, because there may not be a great shot, or any other good shot opportunity either ". Would like to see you get your confidence worked up, and let an arrow fly!

Way to go guys! I don't think alot of people realize how taxing hunting can be. Treestand setting has its own challenges but ground hunting,although you get to occasionally walk. Once you get in deer like that you basically have to freeze for hours at a time. I mean it's our passion so we'll gladly suffer through it but it does exhaust ya. Anyway, way to get in 'em. I just had a 150 Class Giant do pretty much what that half-rack did. He was coming straight down the trail I planned,stopped feet from shooting lane,swing his head and start walking right at me! Go bout 30 yrds. out and stopped notice me ,bounded out to 50. Started swinging downwind,so I started to cut him off and he disappeared. I was 😫 🤒! I'm going back tomorrow and getting up in a tree and hope for the best!
