Thank you all so much . I was so happy that I said 47 subscribers instead of 47K 😅. Thank you all so much 🐣
I was also confused 😂.You are so nice. Love you❤️❤️❤️
how can all africans speak English? I know soo many people in east Europe who never even heard a foreign language

I absolutely love how she reveals God so naturally, she has a true relationship with Jesus, amen sister🎉
Your skin is beautiful. When you said your age I was surprised. I thought you were 10 years younger.
Awwwh 🥹
I don't think I have ever said this to anyone on UA-cam before but from the depths of my heart, I love you❤. I am a Nigerian in Australia. I have never felt so whole watching a UA-cam video before.
I am so convinced that the Holy Spirit lives on you your face. You smile the tone of your voice, the color of your skin how it glows so beautiful, beautiful inside and out. Thank you for being an example. Thank you for being part of the peculiar people.
Praise Yahweh ❤
We can see why you are so beautiful, Inside and outside. You have beautiful christian values from your family❤
Just LOVE your tongue in cheek shorts. 'Riding on ostriches' is akin to people (Americans mostly) thinking that Canadians live in igloos and ride polar Bears! Thanks for your channel and your wit. 🌺
As an American, I wish other Americans would open themselves up more to other cultures and not make assumptions. I'm not a fan of "the only civilized/ right way is the American way" mentality. There are so many different cultural practices in the US even though you wouldn't know it through the major media or the politics.
I'm very encouraged by your relationship with God Aketch. Putting God first in everything you do is the key to a successful and peaceful life. God continue to bless you 🙏🏻
Just stubbled upon this channel when I saw one of the shorts. You are adorable and I love your sarcasm in the videos about cultural differences. It should be a world treasure to have this sense of humor.
Thank you so much
I just refuse to believe that you are not already working as a professional model. Every fashion brand out there should be trying like hell to get you signed. Keep going!
Hi! I was wondering whether you could make a video about educational system in Uganda, please? How many years it takes to finish? How does a school year built up? How accessible is it for people in rural areas and in cities? Are there education only in official langueges or in local ones too? Is higher education affordable to the avarege ugandan people? How good is the eduacation that you can recieve there? What subjects do you have, are there any special ugandan ones? How easy it is to find teachers for schools? Are children encouraged to attend school (in certain parts of central europe it is still an issue)?
At 12:30 you had me in tears. Not sure how I missed this video two weeks ago, but so glad I’m seeing it today. God bless you ❤
I love how softspoken you are and the genuine and wholesome views you have on life.
Thank you so much
Wow that advice about self love at 12:10 really hit home, thank you for that❤️
Please do not change. You are truly amazing. I love watching you videos and it makes me want to move even more. I grew up not how most people where. We did not have showers but outside"showers". I miss it. But I don't think my boyfriend would agree lol
Outside showers are the best sometimes. We fill up a tub with rain water at my house or run out in a hard rain during the summer. But my favorite is washing in the streams up in the mountains.
Ohhh thank you so much …. am sure he would agree to visit even just a day 😅
Found you on TikTok, but will follow you wherever your light shines. Thanks for your content.
I came across your videos today and this one really spoke to my heart so I had to subscribe. You have a beautiful Christian soul, I look forward to meeting you one day in person. (I wish it could be in Uganda, but I am afraid it will have to wait until in heaven ). You are a natural beauty, be careful sister modeling is an industry full of wolves.
God Bless you and keep you and your family close to Him.
Dear Miss Winnie,
warm and heartfelt greetings from Germany.
It is with great pleasure that I happened to view one of your videos for the first time today (actually just a few hours ago).
I watched a lot of your videos & shorts since then and became a subscriber, due to your uniquely positive and joyous way of sharing the essence of your existence with us.
You radiate a deep humanity, a wise and well rounded approach to life, which are all paired with genuine humility.
Thank you for sharing your precious outlook on life, whilst your creativity creates bridges between various cultures.
With kind and best regards,

You are amazing dear sister. You've got another subscriber from north east of India.
Oh my gosh the Relationship Goals series on UA-cam changed my life and my relationship for the better! I share it with anyone who asks for relationship advice.
You are such a wonderful soul! I hope travelling to other countries doesn't change you.
You are so cool! Lots love from Russia to your channel, keep making vids!
Thank you so much
you are truly amazing,❤️ love watching your videos❤ God bless you dear😊
Amen . God bless you
I love your attitude towards self-confidence. I am pregnant and kinda getting used to looking different and remembering who created both of us gives it a completely different perspective!! Thank you!
Compare myself to another, why? In the end God made me & he still has me ❤
Your channel just popped up in my recomandations, and I'm so happy about it. You are a level headed, smart young woman, saluti from Italy ❤❤❤
Oh hi . Thank you so much
I love your genuine positive personality and strength so much🥰 You are an inspiration to me!❤
Thank you so so much
Love your hairstyle. You look cute
I have a lot of questions about culture in Uganda. Mostly about children, as I am a new mom. Are you interested in having children? Would you breastfeed/is it normal in your village to breastfeed and if so, for how long? What do you do about a crying baby/have you heard of the cry-it-out method? Where does the baby sleep? What are vaccinations like for babies? I know there is a lot of community in your village, what would a neighbor do to help me with my baby, what would they not do? What is a typical age gap between siblings?
And a few questions about food, do you have leftovers often when you make meals? Is everyone assigned the same amount of food or would some people get more than others? Do you use salt when you cook (I have never seen a salt shaker in any of your vids)?
I enjoy your videos and appreciate the insight into the other side of the world.
Maggie, I might not have answers to all your questions as a Ugandan, but I can answer some. Mother in Uganda breastfeed freely, infact a lot of mums do not cover up while breastfeeding like the mums in the US and other Western countries. When families cook, they do not normally keep left overs in other words, we eat fresh food every day. Most people do not like leftovers. We have so much food that we do not need to eat leftovers.
We use spices and salt to prepare our foods, especially stews and other types of foods. And yes, we have all sorts of salt shakers. We as a community try to focus on more important things like health, community, family etc. So, salt shakers are not something we care about.
Yes breastfeeding openly is widely accepted and respected by men and women alike in many countries across Africa. As food is grown or is abundant in markets left overs are not preferred. Cooking typically takes place daily and fresh food is prepared at every meal if possible. If not possible something which does not require cooking is consumed such as avo, banana, mango etc. Salt is used with other spices but all very sparingly. The food consumed has a richer natural flavour as the soil is mineral rich. In general tastes are adapted naturally for more bitter flavours, even chocolate is far less sweet than what is available in the US/UK (it's actually a bit of a shock to taste the intense sweetness ok 'western' chocolate and sweet goods for the first time! 😂). There is also very little processed carbohydrate such as bread, pasta etc in the daily diet but this and cakes etc are sometimes consumed on special occasions such as birthdays. In terms of community and child rearing it depends on what is required, if the new mom needs help cooking, cleaning, time to sleep etc someone is always willing to step in and lend a helping hand. In general the older women in the household and community are in full control for the first 3 to 6 months while mom has a chance to recuperate. There is no such thing as letting a baby 'cry it out' this would be regarded as cruel and abusive as the sense of nurturing and humanity is very strong. The child is given as much love, care and nurturing as possible not just by the mom but by all in the community, along with strong discipline and moral structure as the entire community takes responsibility for the kind of adult a child develops into.
Vaccinations vary by region and some are mandatory for children such as measles, mumps, diphtheria, pertussis. Others are optional and most opt not to vaccinate as it's unnecessary, the population is fairly robust and healthy and has done fine without vaccination for decades. There are occasional outbreaks of Cholera, Typhoid etc but these have been minor where the population recovers fast without any intervention.
tysm on these vids, its so nice to be edicsted of other cultures esp africa that i basically know nothing abt
What are the most popular TV shows and anime in your country that ppl love watching? Whether is it is made by African countries or foreign or Hollywood movies because I know one Filipino drama "Pangako Sayo" is popular in Kenya.
Pangako sayo will forever be my favorite Filipino soap opera . I used to let food burn on the stove while watching it 😂
*_"The bag."_*
That DOES come in handy from time to time...👍😉
Thank you for your funny and deeply thoughtful videos. I’m impressed with how you interact with your viewers honestly and positively.
Thank you so much beloved
A bit angry how a lot of people are saying Africa this, Africa that. Africa is a huge ass continent. Do you say “how’s life in Europe” to a British person? It’s very weird.
But people do say ‘how’s life in Europe’, people say ‘I’d love to visit Europe’ you’re ‘European’, maybe it’s done less than ‘Africa’ but I think we do refer to some continents this. And how often is the UK just called ‘England’ too
U should have more subscribers. Ur amazing❤️
Oh my god, you are SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Simply WOW!!😮😮😮
Can we chat sometimes? 😅😍
Thank you so much ❤
Your natural hair is beautiful, Sis. Keep wearing it. I have for 12 years.
Can you teach us how you do that hairstyle??
Oh Gurl. When you said you L❤VE romantic KDramas, I just subscribed! As a Christian, I think it’s by far the best TV. In the middle of Young Lady and Gentleman at the mo’. (50+ 1hr episodes!) Also love watching K.stuff that showcases the culture, so watching Rain in The Hungry & The Hairy and dreamin’ of a month long holiday there to soak up the culture and see BTS in 2025. Like you said have a dream and make it happen!

All I want to know is how you get your skin so smooth.
Will drop a skin care routine soon my love . But I can also list the things I use here so you don’t have to wait for the video :
Cleanser - Inkeylist Salicylic Acid
Moisturizer - Cerave hydrating ointement
Then once a week when I want to pamper my skin . I use Qasil powder mix with alittle water for a mask
Those are my 3 simple skin care steps 🙏🏿
@Aketch Joy Winnie thank you, and I can't wait for that video.
Hi there! I’m new to your channel and I absolutely love it! I’m planning on visiting your continent, probably Uganda. Do you have any tips on what places to visit (tourist places? Villages? Specific places you find special..)? I’m very unaware about the culture and love to learn about it and experience it’s adventures and love😁
We have the same birthday!! I knew I liked you for a reason.
I would choose a bunny (or 2) too! 😁

Your earrings are beautiful! I would love to know the brand/where you bought them 😁
I love this video very much, minute13-14 👌👌👌
I love your videos. Brasilian here!

Aww my sister . Thank you
I have a quite serious question for you: What is your opinion on homosexuality? It is banned in Uganda but in most western countries gay people can even marry.
Why are you concerned?
@@rinfay321I think it's a good question considering how anti-gay Uganda is.
She talks a lot about everyone being beautiful and amazing in their own way. I hope she truly feels that way and isn't just saying that to make people like her.

You are an intelligent and lovely human being ❤

Yes Uganda is christ fearing country and very welcoming

Safi! How old are you
Now I have the answer to how to say your name
Would it be a possibility for a European white woman such as myself to go live there?
I know a white woman who does. Just be aware that you have to be extra careful and will always have people's attention wherever you go. Chances of getting the victim of theft, r8pe, scammers, corrupt officials, disease and traffick accidents are way higher.
I wouldn't recommend it as I knew a couple of people who experienced these things. Even my ex from Uganda got robbed three times and like 4 friends of her died riding bodabodas since I know her.
@@OleFromTheNorth just like TX, NYC, FL, Etc
@@ashanyc9146 That USA thing is a whole different story anyway. 🤣 Am glad my ancestors didn't leave Europe.
@@ashanyc9146 There was an active kidnapping attempt in a DFW suburb. It is on camera because of ring. The child was 2 years old. You see the mother begging the man to let the child go. UNBELIEVABLE
There is no issue living there it becomes a problem only if you become a nuisance like the Colonizers of past and start trying to change things 😅😅😅
Do you support national or state pride, not gay, but to be proud of your country or culture. The way you live. I support all normal people.
gay is normal
Gay is gay, gay can't reproduce like what humans are wired to do. Reproduce. Therefore, straight is considered more normal because it's how society keeps going. If we were all gay nobody would be alive.
