The same thing happened to me where i received only 6k instead of 11k as my phone's exchange value almost 2 years ago and at that time i was surprised to see no video on UA-cam regarding this.
Moral of this video :--
Don't return the phone which you have bought by exchanging old phone with extra bonus. Just use it whatever problem it has.
Just take it to the service centre. If it is in warranty.
Just don't return phone when it is purchased from online because mostly chance is that u can again get the same issues.

These executive always do this, say something at beginning of ticket and when the ticket is closed they do something different and say this is not not our policy. I had a similar experience, i knew what will actually happen still the executive told me different things, but in the end my assumptions were right, the thing that the executive told didn't happened.
Simple logic hai, how can you get benifit of promotional offer if the order is cancelled. Promotional benefit applies only on active order and not cancelled order.

Same thing happened to me when buying Samsung S21 FE, I lost 3K because I was promised 8K for exchange but got only 5K and the phone was out of stock so I could not cancel and reorder.
Yeah they do this kind of practices when they know the phone will be out of stock soon enough.
Ismai scam कहा है? It was a promotional offer for a sale.. Only valid point is about the incorrect advice by the agent and the app not working properly. Baki bhai you don't get the phone back यह exchange screen mai hi दिखता है.. But बहुत smart है Amazon, app pe nahi दिखता, वेबसाइट पे दिखता है यह टर्म.
It’s much better to avoid buying expensive items from these sites. Better pay 1-2k extra in offline or official store of the manufacturer and have peace of mind. This is the only reason I bought my iPhone from an offline retail shop and skipped amazon and Flipkart

us shop ke ek sales executive mera vai ko sath leke service center visit kiya tha, service center ne confirm kiya, device mei problem hai, and shop ne device replace kar diya. pata nehi kase kiya. but replacement hamare iha milta hai.
mera laptop mei vi bola gya tha, within 7 days kuch issue hoga to replace ho jayega.

Replacement options are not available when the company doesn't support . I faced this problem with Apple
file consumer forum claim,they usually side with customer if you have been made any promises by agent of the company a.k.a executive irrespective of terms and conditions.

This is not scam. It was promotional discount. You were lucky you got it and unlucky that your mobile was defective. So live with it rather than ranting on UA-cam about it.

Mene ek tab kharida lenovo m10 hd amazon se phir 1 week ke bad us tab me bohot sare bugs ana start ho gaya . Mene amazon me call lagaya or unone bola ki ha paisa return ho jaiga . Phir mane 2-3 din wait kia ki koi to aye lene but koi nahi aya . Phir mane amazon ko call kia wo bole ki seller ke side se cancel hua hai . Ok ! Maine same kam phira repeat karna chaha but me late ho gaya or 14 day return policy khatam ho gaya. Ab to tab me apne ap sara data corrupt ho ja raha hai 1 week ke time me eya 2 bar hua . Maine lenovo me call lagane ka kosis kia but no no. Is available.

Ha, Sadey hue phone ka 9k mila aur ek choti si problem ki wajah se phone return kar diya. Sirf restart karne se agar 5g aa raha hai aur update se woh fix bhi hoga isko pata tha. Lekin isne socha video ban gayi, Views aa gaye acche, ab phone ka kya karna hai dedo return aur ho gaya scam. Mujhe nahi lagta Amazon executive ne bola hoga ke 9000 milega pura. Agar bola toh uska Recording kyu nahi dikhaya? 😂

Brother, very very true. I am not boasting what is right or wrong. I got the same offer for OnePlus 11, exchange wth OnePlus One. I read it twice all terms and conditions before any next step. Amazon is bit better than others, Flipkart is worst. Online or Offline, please go thru all schemes and benefits
I ordered from both Flipkart and Amazon.
And service was thousand times better was in Flipkart.
While refund Flipkart gives instant and Amazon are refusing to refund then they refunded after a year 😡😡😡😡
If you have call recording of privious excutive then spend 10 rs more and file a case on consumer court.

I had a bad experience with Amazon once. Before buying, I called customer support regarding an offer. He told me to buy with Emi, and I did.
But Amazon never provides cashback on emi payments on Amazon Credit card.

Same Issue i faced....i think amazo hired new agents which are cool 🥺...i loss only 1000 not very big amount but still... They are providing false informations
1)Same issue i faced i lost extra promotional value which already mentioned in amazon terms and conditions of exchange .
2)but whats the issue is when i asked same about customer care that if return will i get promotional value can u give gurantee about it because its not mentioned in terms and conditions they said u will surely get promotional value
3)but when i received returned product money they said sorry our customer executive didn’t have proper knowledge sorry about it😢
4)so always believe in terms and conditions not customer care or what executive says never believe human words

Even once we got scammed by seller on Amazon, We got our money back without any additional proof. We had ordered 5 bags, got only 1. While returning according to bill , the amazon guy asked for all 5. So we couldn't return! Contacted customer care, got resolved in 7 days.... But everytime this will not happen. TnC will be getting updated, revised and customers will be getting scammed now and then no matter which company/platform it might be....

Ye baat mujhe actually pehle pata thi,isliye Maine jab ekbar laptop sale mein exchange ke sath liya tha Amazon se toh jab front cam ka problem aya tha,maine return nahi Kiya kyuki mujhe fir us dam mein nahi milta. Toh maine Asus se hi free mein thik karwa liya.

Second executive bhi nikalwa skti thi call recording, but wo bhi kya krti...
Amazon should provide you Rs.6000, since it's executive's mistake....not yours.
I once ordered a shirt from amazon but it got stuck in the warehouse for more than 2 weeks(Money was paid) .....so I contacted a the customer support and they placed a new order for me, which arrived in 2 days.....later after a month the shirt got delivered again......So I still believe they have a good customer support.....but in your case you should know that the promotional value is like a discount for you...... not the resell value of your old phone, so refunding that value is out of question.

Amazon ne paisa diya toh sahi par flipkart toh chor hain. Refund initiate bole bhi 1 week bad bola ki technical issue hain aap flipkart wallet me lelo. Force kar raha hain. Consumer forum mein complain karne ke bad bhi kuch nahi hua
But dikkat ye hai ki sabhi platforms ki terms or conditions esi hoti hain jo sirf unko favour kare.
Or agar hum terms and condition agree na kare to platform use hi nahi kar sakte.
Bhai jab ham order krte h Amazon se to order ke time bhi Syd ye likha hota h ki promotional cost are not refundable......I am not sure becoz mene ye padha h order ke time you can check this also.
