Champ Love. Met him in 92(?) I was playing at Cliff Steven’s with a guy Nick I think , his roommate. I just met him at the course and we played and ran into Ken who joined us for 6 holes. I jive not that by that experience I was an instantly better player. I had been playing 2 years with buddies who were decent players. I had no information about form or how the great players did it. In seeing him play I was able to pick something up. Thanks Ken! Haha, after you left I found a disc of yours within 10’ of a basket in some bush. Light green double stamp scorpion/ stingray. Pretty well used signed but no phone number. It’s hanging on my wall. I’ve seen Ken play in a few World championships and a few Edgewood electric tournaments. He always carried himself in a gentlemanly manner and I never saw him act out after a bad throw. Original Mt. Airy hole #7 which was at that time super thick trees with a tough to get birdie. I saw him hit an early tree and then end up with a 7? 6? On the hole trying to get through the trees off the fairway. He picked up his putt and i barely heard him quietly mutter ‘dam’ and walked on. His card mates probably didn’t even hear him. The hole cost him the Tournament i believe. He fought back but I think he ended in second to Brad Hammock I believe. Edgewood Electric Mt. Airy Forest mid 90’s I’m sure that He remembers that hole. Bet Brad Hammock does too. Wish you luck Kenny! And thanks for the osmosis of skill you gave in playing some holes with a decent new player I really enjoyed it and watching you play. 🖖🏼
Hoping they give him the Glide mold for a Rebrand. Because the GLIDE is so awesome That they shelved. Climo Disc Baby. Ken seems so nice and kind dude. You make i will buy.
After watching 2 full interviews now since his signing with DC, I have to say that as much as we all love and respect "The Champ" he is such a guarded interview. The legend of Climo has been how ruthlessly competitive he was (A la MJ and Kobe) I hope Kenny watches how Kobe used the media to express and unpack that kind of competitive edge.
Man, nova, they been same whole time. Im not lieing, climo name was bigger than innova, i think it still is. Even overseas. Hey, while watching, name one disc 4297. And maybe date deployed. He built nova, and pdga. How many guys signed up pdga? After learning there's tournaments, then theres tournaments out of town, Then theres, U ask whos the best. Erbody knew. Only one name ever mentioned. I will say, they would say theres this other guy, Can throw over the trees, And throws sidearm too. Stokley they said. So i had to find where these guys play next. Champ was 4x then. And they didn't lie about Stokley. Also great players back then, state legends. Bama ,dean tannock. Georgia, Brad hammock. Tennessee. Bob vanderboss. West Virginia. Johnny sias. Ohio. Kevin Stewart. Kentucky.. Doctor rick. Cali. Lissaman bros. Mich. Ron Russell. Minn. Timmy gill. Wisc. Barry schultz. Missouri. George Smith. Illinois. Old man. Those places had more legends, But that was like bigger ones. N.c has several. Over 10+. This is like before 2000. After that guys started finally getting closer the the champ. They learned from him. He not only had power, he had great touch, and feel. But most all, was his knowledge of the game, he cracked code on how to work a disc. I seen him help the best in game, and was always into you teaching him. Just to know anything he could. He never hardly ever forgot people names is what amazed me. Might be years, hed still know people name he met once in conversation.
They need to get Ken stem cells in his back and a dose of Trt he’s old enough to need it a doc will doc blood work and get him a perfect dosage that will give disc golf Ken for a couple years
Innova is selling discs a retail stores across the nation and in other countries. They know their value and I don’t think they’re dropping the ball in anyway shape or form.

Good information
You would think after 200 episodes, the audio shouldn't be an issue...?
Mr. Climo and I share a birthday... cool just 20 years apart

I feel it as more genuine and simple, verses guarded. He doesn’t feel the need to elaborate on things. Refreshingly honest and concise.

Innova. Go woke. Go broke.

For casuals sure, but I don't think anyone paying attention will care to buy Innova in the near future.
