- Check out this quick walk around video tour, of this excellent example of a 2009 Jaguar X-Type Sport Premium with 99,000 miles on the clock, 2 keys and a whopping 11 service stamps in the booklet.
Whilst in our care, we've carried out a full service, replaced the discs and pads all round, given it a fresh MOT and a full 102 point independent mechanical inspection along with replacing all 4 injectors, meaning you can drive away confident in your new Jaguar!
The 2.2 litre diesel engine is great to use, a nice blend of power and economy. Plenty of torque low down but is still quite good on fuel. The automatic gearbox is lovely and smooth with the added sports mode. It's very comfortable to drive, with light, easy steering and comfortable suspension.
Inside you'll find cream heated leather seats, cruise control, Bluetooth, touch screen sat nav and much more! It also has front and rear parking sensors. This is clearly a well looked after motor in great condition for its age and comes in a great colour combination of dark blue metallic paintwork on cream leather seats.

How could I remove the gear liver booth

Ford Mondeo was already a good car itself with an excellent platform, Jaguar rebuilt it making it a truly luxurious and sporty car.

All depends on age, condition, mileage etc. Cheapest on Autotrader is £800, whilst the most expensive is just under £9000
Mark Thompson, you’re about a year too late as I bought this brilliant X-Type from Mike last year. Amazing car, drives like a new car. Loved it so much, we bought a 2009 X-Type SE for my good lady.

A Ford Mondeo.
Yawn 🥱 Shares as much with the mondeo as you share dna with a house fly ie about 20%!

Interior are the same of a Ford Mondeo? Or for example they share the same intercooler?
The X Type intercooler is almost twice the size of the Mondeo intercooler.
Anyway The Mondeo had a wonderful platform and in the Jaguar is modified too, what's the problem?
