I had the same problem today morning, my right side earbud was not charging. Before trying hard reset, I cleaned the magnetic connectors with an ear cleaner dipped in a very small amount of isopropyl alcohol. It worked! No need to hard reset.
If you don't have isopropyl alcohol in house, no problem. Dry cleaning will also work, but never use water!

Try hard reset or try connecting to another device and see if it works. If it doesn't work then most probably the earbud is damaged :(
Replace kro bhai mujhe bhi same issue tha to main jahase kharida tha usisehi replace karwaliya.

Hey my right ear buds isn't functioning. I could get the audio when I'm in call from both the buds. But as soon as I disconnect from call , the audio stops n doesn't come from right bud. If I try playing any media I can't get it from right bud. Know how to fix it?

I had this problem 3 times within a year of purchase and the realme service center issued a new pair of buds and take away the repaired one. I literally got new pair of buds for 3 times within the warranty period because realme itself doesn't know the solution for this problem.
Now again I encountered this issue and since my warranty period was expired, realme declined to address this issue. So I was left with one working bud for 2 days and then I found this video.
I followed the steps exactly and now the left bud is also working.

bhai same problem one year kiya ..phir maine earbuds speaker ki jaali(net) ukhad diya ab sahi awaz aa rhi hai..ager net nhi ukhadna hai to petrol ya koi liquid se clean krke dekho
left side charging nahi ho raha. Now, I am kept my left earbud outside the case from 2 days. because, if i put it in charging case, charging case ka pura charging katam ho raha hai and case and left earbud pura heat ho raha
and its flucating color between white and green, while I open the case, it changing color showing white light, green light, then white light, like this multiple times.

@Nicolas37736 bro i solved my problem. Just blow air by your mouth into your earbud. This will solve the problem if your earbud has got dirty by inside somehow.
