They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

Hi! What do I do if the firmware doesn't want to update (it fails every time at 50%). And gestures don't work also, but I thought it was because of the update. What do I do? I don't want to return them because I used a huge coupon on them and it won't be returned.
Same problem failed during update and now gestures and voice notification are not working at all they say you should visit care center but that's not possible rn.
And please let me know if you fixed it I need help
@@krishnarao2022 sadly, I didn't. I just use them as it is. But I opened a despite with the seller on AliExpress and they refunded almost all the money I spent on them. But Im still looking for a solution, so I'll let you know in case I find something

Why won't my earbuds disconnect when I close the case lid?
Check for the following: 1) If the case battery has run out, closing the lid will not disconnect your earbuds. Charge the case and try again. 2) Make sure the earbuds make contact with the charging pins in the case. Remove any dirt that may be preventing
contact.

hi, I talked to the realme technicians. It's a manufacturing defect. Mera left wala nhi chalra tha and app firmware update nhi ho paara tha.
I got it replaced, within 2 days from Flipkart. Now the app is also updated. Both earbuds are playing.

Both the earbuds are 100% charged as shown in realme buds app. Right bud is not working at all , however all functions like removing the bud from ear stops the video.

Hi can you share with me how you do it. I can’t understand the video
1. Click phone Settings > Bluetooth to check the earphone connection status. If you cannot connect, please refer to realme bluetooth earphone suddenly disconnected or connected to other devices to other devices to troubleshoot the problem.
2. Please refer to the "realme Earphones Firmware Upgrade Guide" to upgrade the earphone firmware to the latest version.
3. Please upgrade your phone to the latest version of realme UI.
4. After taking out the dual earphones, put them into the case separately, and check whether the indicator light is on when the single earphone is put into the case. If the indicator light is off, the charging contacts of the earphone are in poor contact. Please clean the contacts before placing them in the charging case.
5. After taking out the dual earphones, put them back into the charging case and close the cover, reopen the cover after 5 seconds, and try to take out the earphones.
6. Please refer to "How to reset the realme earphones?" to restore the earphone to factory settings and then re-pair and connect to the phone for use.
The audio of the video isn't clear at all plus the background music makes it more difficult to hear you
