Hello,
I believe Nick is using the Stradic FL 4000 here on the 10ft Precision, as recommended for a balanced setup. A 3000 is recommended for the 9ft Finesse.

The tips aren't push in quiver tips like most feeder rods. The tips are "spliced" in to the carrier section so it's all one piece for improved all round performance 👍
