I took a "running in ride" for 464 kms yesterday After 232 kms I got an average of 27 kmpl on tank full way. I topped up again and came back the same distance and the meter shows an AVG of 31:kmpl. One thing I noticed is that there is a ODO error which is substantial

Bro, what he said is that till 100 kmph there is almost no vibrations and above 100 till 120 kmph you can feel the engine running especially near footpegs. Above 120 kmph vibrations are very noticeable and it crawls up to the fuel tank.

But what if someone from fast lane (1st lane from road divider) who could be in stress, drunk, having amnesia (lack of sleep) or just some careless fast driver, hits your bike and runs away!! What could be your state in that case? You can not predict other's state of mind, under which mental condition they have been driving. Stick to last two lanes on 3-lane road/or last three lanes on 4-lane road, which are enough to overtake from right side. I saw your video when you showed your new bike to your wife. Hence I felt like giving suggestion here. Take care, ride safe.
Bhai India mei mileage bahut jyada importance rakhti hai , kam se kam 35 se 40 ki avearage waali sport bikes hi kaamyaab hain is desh mei aur 35 se 40 ki average 200 cc bikes se mil jaati hai with good power and torque, hornet 2.0, Apache 200 4v aur Ns 200 sabse best option hain is desh ke liye. If u go above 200cc the mileage drops significantly, if u go below 200 cc then u dont get good torque amd bhp. 200 cc r the best.

don't rest your hand on front brakes all the time, you are engaging your brake even when it is not required to apply brakes.

City +Highway 28 is enough.
I think that it can give 34 kmpl on highway long drive at 100 kmh average speed.
