Easily the best offer of any workout class/program that I have seen. This is the way these things should be communicated and marketed.

Sir, could you do a full video for step by step to prevent drowning? For e.g. when vertically struggling, how to get to horizontal position? 1) flip to horizontal face down to free style position or 2) flip to horizontal face up back float ?

Well about half of that is having enough body fat to have a certain amount of buoyancy. If you are too lean this still doesn’t work.

Not really. I learned in a very old encyclopedia that the human body, by having lungs filled with air, has a natural buoyancy just water level; fat rate was not considered. The trainer proved it by exhaling - he doesn't seem to have lots of body fat.
I can say for myself that I learned to swim years ago when I was way leaner than I am now, and I floated. Other students were even leaner. All of us floated. The trick is relaxing (as much as you can - I deeply dislike water) and not move. The water itself will bring you up.

would probably would better if you are lean considering you will be much lighter and thus easier for the air to be keeping you buoyant. i understand the other extreme as in being too heavy and sinking but being too light? i don’t really think that would be a problem would mostly likely assist you

it's not about being light, it's about being more dense, as fat is less dense than muscle/bone, so less fat makes u denser @@yugdails

Great video! And great content! could you do a video on how to keep your eyes open underwater? And also some videos on holding your breath properly when underwater? I’d love to see more underwater videos of you instead of just how to act/react above the surface! 🙌🏻
