I find it strange that Gloria Arroyo will be accused of plunder. I am not sure what led into this allegation, but I always think that she is a very fine woman and has done a lot for the Philippines. If only good deeds can erase misdeeds: then, she could have erased all what the she had been accused of (unproven as it maybe) very, very easily.

May P125 billion pang nire-recover, na mas mahirap o magiging imposible nang maibalik sa atin kung makabalik silang pamilya sa Malakanyang.
Forfeiture case lang yung GR No. 152154 kaya walang conviction, pero na-convict na rin si Imelda dahil dito, noong 2018, halos dalawang dekada after the trial began in 2000. Ang tagal ng usad ng kaso dahil sa delaying tactics ng Marcos lawyers. Imagine what a Marcos president can do too sa kaso na ito na naka-apela sa SC.

Marcos' 1965 net worth (before becoming president) was just $7,000 (Chaikin, 2000), his legitimate income during his presidency was just $300,000 according to SC (GR. 152154), yet when they arrived at Hawaii they had with them over $10 million worth of cargo (including crates of freshly printed cash, loads of jewelry, works of art, fur, etc.), proof of what they have stolen from the Philippines. These have since been returned to us, after the Marcoses tried to contest in US courts that those were theirs.
