I think it's because jessi once said her Korean still wasn't that good (please correct me if I'm wrong) so sometimes JYP says things in Korean and then the exact same thing in English to help her learn.

Nolra08 She quit her training with JYPE way before WG was formed. when WG debuted, Min Hyo rin already signed a contract with another company. after her contract with that company expired, Min Hyorin sign back with JYPE in 2014.
She debuted as a soloist i think but she chose acting afterwards because it didn’t came out well
