there is no rules of war, war shouldn't exist.

There are indeed rules of war. National (may vary) and International (like the Geneva Conventions discussed here).
It is our nature, embedded in us since the beginning days of us all.
There has always been war, there always will be. Ignoring doesn’t help. War is not just, war has no rules. You fight to win.
Yes, it’s unfortunate that civilians get caught up in it, but that’s what happens.
