  • Carel Pedre, Haitian media personality, ensures to have interns to help the youth who are interested in growing in radio. What he has noticed is that many of the young people do not have enough confidence in their ability to succeed and self-sabotage. This can be a result of the class and color discrimination throughout Haitian history.

    Carel is telling the truth about self-worth. Talent can only take you to a certain point, but having courage & valuing yourself will take you to higher levels.

    I think what Carel is talking about is called Imposter Syndrome. When you do not think that you are qualified for a position.
