Mr. Willson knows how to “rattle the dogs cage” catatude cat. give him a pet for me.
nice steps, always better to have them lower, and more secure so there are no falls.

I have some a lot like that on my 3020 but I have hand hold higher.

Looks like if it would fit, might be better on one of the above steps.

It’s yours to put them where you want but it might give you better hand hold to put the handle on the second step

I agree, could also probably do with another brace half way up the handle to the top step, stop the handle pulling outwards..

Thx Brandon 4 showing this & nice job beefing it up. I really like those Lawson flat washers & Wilson's a cool cat. Nice if they made a step kit w/an extra lower step for the older Gleaners.

Good job with the step install. I think if possible I would fasten the hand hold to the middle step. Thanks for the good videos.

That's a pretty impressive kit for $175. Think about everything going into producing what you have there. Especially as heavy as that steel looked. Great modification & appreciate the fact of instead of bashing them you just find a way to make an improvement. Nice video!

Install old step on the right side, to climb on to clean windows. O ya, install a right hand hand rail too! Because you well grab under the hood and sliced you hand, don’t ask me how I know!

You should start including in the description the date you filmed on. Also, links to stuff you use. So post the link to the steps on Amazon.

After watching this video I looked on the internet and looking at the other steps that were more expensive they all seem to be built the same. I would say for heavier people you still would need to add an xtra brace. So for the value they are well worth the price you paid.

I usually use the K&M step kits and I do not remember having to make any braces. They cost around $270. What brand is the one you put on???

I myself also, used two K&M Steps kits, a couple years ago, for a 4440 and 4450, I love them, why more people don't used them I'll never know.

Nice steps, won’t those bolts tend to rattle undone without spring or lock washers under the nuts ? Much safer than the OEM steps 👍

I'm sure you did something real nice for your Mom but that doesn't mean treating you and Dad to new stuff (although those steps are real nice). So, there was a dual purpose to buying 2 sets, to help Dad, make it easier for your planter tractor AND add the old one to the 5020.
