Usually Boots just goes along with whatever Dora does, but this episode he wasn't feeling anything Dora was planning. At 1:13, he actually tells her to not buy those lottery tickets. Also there were times he would facepalm or hide his face in his hands. I think Boots is starting to realize that Dora is crazy.
