  • Like any committed relationship, the relationship between a business and its customers needs nurturing. And that shouldn’t come as a surprise! We need customers to run a successful business, and naturally they’re going to have certain expectations. So we want to make sure we deliver on those expectations and develop those relationships as our business develops.

I also desperately need this. We'll be touching on a few things accounting related in a couple episodes. But they're through the framework of business.

Would love to see the following Crash Course Series:
    - Crash Course: Communications
Teaching you how to better interact with people, public speaking, improv speaking (BS on the spot) persuading people etc.
    Crash Course: College Applications
Teaching people how to get our lives together the correct way and give variety of ways on how to do so, (Ex: Making Resumes, Teacher Reccomendations, SAT v ACT etc.
    Crash Course: Forensic Science
Just couple of words: SVU, CSI & Criminal Minds that's it...
    Crash Course: Cosmology
Cause even nerds like me need to know how to cover bags under my eyes from no sleep by going on a mathron of Crash Course.
    Crash Course: Conputer Fundamentals
Series on how to do everything on your computer that an average computer person should do and know.

Marketing has slowly evolved over the years from mass advertising to building better customer relationships. Still depends on the type of business though!

I disagree transactional relationships can work on love for example I've always have had and awkward social manner but I'm book and street smart I just can't read some social conventions I've provide advice on the parts I'm good at it my girlfriends have provided advice on the social stuff I'm bad at it. It works.

I imagine that Anna Akana is probably a really annoying neighbor. Like that one person in the apartment complex that's parking their car where it shouldn't be & somehow always getting away with it.
