I feel weirdly proud that I voted for this book in the poll lol I'm glad you finally read a book you loved! I also have yet to read a 5-star book since January and I'm beyond ready for my next one
Definitely move Terrace Story back to the top of your list! I literally just read it today and was so excited to see you mention it, because I was thinking about how much I think you’d love it after mentioning Temporary in a previous video. I’m off to request Temporary now 😆
Probably not on your shelf but I recommend "A Master of Djinn." It's SO good. There is a short story with the same main character + world called "A Dead Djinn in Cairo" that is online free that you could try first. Based on djinn books being loved I think you'd love it! ❤
I do have Master of Djinn on my shelf! Honestly, it’s moved into the ‘I feel like I might love it so I’m almost scared to read it’ category! 😅 I definitely need to bump it up in priority!

I thank you for your service!

Ahh omg okay you've convinced me!!
If you enjoy "slow books" I think you'll enjoy The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue. I absolutely loved it! Not for everyone.
Ooh I've heard so much about that one but never really considered it for myself. You are making me reassess!
Such a brilliant, enthralling review! Thank you for your hard work🎶🎶
Thanks so much!
Yes, I gave this book a five too!
Yesss!! So good! 💖
Not on the shelf, though a recommendation is - The Angry Woman’s Choir - by Meg Bignell
Ooh what a great title!
I am crying - what a beautiful story! ❤ I don‘t know if I would read it (I only read cheesy romance books 🤣), but it sounds really wholesome.
So wholesome, but also kinda brutal!

Same! Also, The Haunting of Tramcar 015 is in the same storyline. These were some of my faves so far this year...
