Daffy Duck may very well be selfish. But on the flip side, he’s historical, underrated and an overall Legend in Looney Tunes history

Idk, I'm not a big fan of those pupils, it could be because Im just used to the original 2d looks of the characters, but that's just me.

The New Looney Tunes Came Out In 2015 As A Show Based On Bugs Called "Wabbit"
It’s almost as If daffy was like a Normal duck and then just evolved into what he is now.

The early Daffy was literally just a black render of Donald Duck with a different voice, and crazier. But even when he quacked he had the same nice of Donald so it was a pretty obvious knockoff of Donald who came 3 years earlier in 1934’s Disney cartoon: “the wise little hen”
Daffy duck was Originally a Happy go Lucky crazy Duck although starting with the hunting Shorts created by Chuck Jones, Daffy was changed to being Spoiled for Attention and Wealth with a Againstment for most Other Character Most Especially Bugs bunny, as a Reference to how Bugs bunny Became extremely Popular among The Looney tunes Cast with Daffy grossing Lower, since then The Chuck Jones version of Daffy Duck has since been the Most common use of the Character and the Most Well Known to most Looney tunes Fans, however the Character has since been Reprising the Original Personality in Later Years with The looney Tunes Show Mixing the two Behaviour and Starting with New Looney tunes, he has since Revert Back to He's Cheerful Self.

This is just a matter of opinion. Daffy used to be the zany, and happy go lucky duck and why I loved him so, So did my older brother. But chuck jones really made him all the much worse. If there was an episode of looney tombs that really stumps them all. With daffy duck committed Suicide in front of all the toons in toon world, But the original daffy duck miraculously come back to life, the toons would be cheering for him, and ignoring bugs. That would make bugs insanely jealous and show his dark side. It would be an interesting character development and episode indeed.
