Good to see you Jamie progress is looking great on the house and the yard I know you are feeling great with having a lot of the project almost completed Continued prayers 🙏
Jamie, I know a guy that makes a living, and I think a pretty good one, washing houses. I'm saying go for it. Give me a call if you need to I've had several businesses during my life. Keep the good stuff coming buddy.
Hi brother I’m glad you’re getting all your projects done it’s a good feeling I’m getting ready to head west in a few days for the winter take care brother 🙏🥰
Professionally, I used to use "TSP" (Tri Sodium Phosphate), on the exterior of houses, prior to pressure washing. It doesn't have the strong "bleach" odor, but really kills the mildew.
@@enigmaticnomadics TSP degrades better than sodium hypochlorite (bleach). It is also much more tolerable on the skin than bleach. (I can't stand bleach on my skin and in my nostrils!) The only downside (if it can be classified as such), is that it is a powder and must be mixed with water. They might make a liquid TSP product now, but if they do, you'd be paying for water. (BTW: It used to be a lot less expensive than bleach.)
@@enigmaticnomadics I had forgot to mention in my last comment that when I used TSP commercially, I lived in Florida; and as you know, EVERY house there looks like the inside of a greenhouse, so yes, plants do very well with TSP. I always tried to rinse everything off after spraying it, but I never had a problem with it harming one plant. (I don't think it even harmed the little anoles (geckos), that live everywhere down there.)
Glad things are working out for you question is this gonna be your home base and then you're gonna travel out from here or once you get it all cleaned up and ready you're gonna sell it or stuff like that. Going on my third treatment so far no side effects except tiredness and we think the tumors shrinking inside yay stay safe stay strong stay out there God bless and enjoy life ✌✌💪🎅🚌🌻
House is looking good! Getting things clean always makes me feel better. I hope you're keeping records on what you do at the house, including the value of the work if it were to be hired out. Hope it never is needed, but having that paperwork at the ready could become very important. Also, you might want to secure written and signed approval from Mom for past, present, and future work. Trust.
I've had the dashcam I wanted to pick up narrowed down to a Viofo and a Rexing. Both good products from what I've researched. Wish I had one in Maine last year some girl tried to claim a hit and run on me. Not even a mark in the dirt on my van. She wasn't successful but the whole incident made me very aware of the benefits to having a dashcam in your rig. 😊
👍👍👍 ! Making a lot of progress ! Have a great weekend .

Beautiful, the house and property looks really great 👀

Hi Jamie, I was thinking that you could have your own "repair, maintenance and solar install" company.
Good to see you. Also like how you are using a variety of your skills. Great job! Looking forward to seeing the dash cam video.
The place looks great! Maybe blacktop sealer would make driveway look nice and seal of course.
What a good Son! Great work Jamie! Blessings your way- thanks for the video!

I spy the good pet carrier in Becca's van! So many people don't have appropriate travel protection for their pets. Good job, Becca!

You would be good for people and their pressure washing needs. Including minor repairs.
RIP Jimmy Buffett!

Very good to know, Ron Ray. I'm looking into options. How does it affect plant life and well water?

That is excellent advice, Kele. Sounds like you know a thing or two on this topic.
Really looking forward to the dash cam video - especially since it's not just the front view!
