Legend of the Veil, again, we rebuild a powerful artifact and we don't get to keep it, although this time Ramsey grew a pair and gave us the loot it brought us to And what does he have to show for it? Nothing, he hasn't progressed his faction at all even though he has the most powerful artifacts at his disposal. Meanwhile the reapers, who have been around way shorter than athenas have and have less tools at their disposal, have made a lot of progress like bringing a man back from the dead, shrouding an outpost for awhile, making people skeleton lords like sticher Jim, and they are most likely winning a war against athena's rn. Ramsey isn't even a true pirate anymore as he lets the grand maritime union settle on the seas because he wants bigger pockets. My argument is done, present your argument in the replies
