Guys people do have a limit to their stamina even if they train sometimes you can't change your physiology. Did you not see the part where Kuroo said that he gets actual fevers after tough games or practice? If someone's body is that susceptible to exhaustion than you can only train it so much. For example I love running, jogging, speed walking etc. and I have really good stamina for it since I was young but I have a skin condition that makes my scalp inflamed and extremely itchy when I sweat which means no matter how good I am at it or how much I love it I can never enjoy it properly especially in the summer months. Sometimes our bodies don't let us enjoy the games as much as we want to. It really shows how persevering Kenma actually is that he stuck with Volleyball for so many years despite how it affects him.

Astaxanthin is a red food colorant present in some foods (algae, salmon...), so Yaku is just trying to counterattack Kuroo's "insult" (docohexaenoic acid) but still falling at it (Kuroo says that Yaku lacks said acid, which is present in fish and it's related to brain and nervous system development, so basically Kuroo is calling Yaku stupid or retarded in a smart way). Yaku fails to understand that and just calls him red, Nekoma's color (so that's not really something hurtful). Also, this explains why Kuroo likes fish so much.

I relate to Kenma. When I’m super into something I’ll be so locked in I’m practically limitless but if I’m not it can be a real drag and I have to make up for it mentally. The mental power sometimes makes up for it but there is a real gap. I’ve known days when I’d put in 1000% percent and then the next day be completely useless, that fatigue hits hard. I also have some of my hair bleached blond, guess us frail ones have our overlaps.
