Plus he intended to force James to witness the entire process first hand, out of sadistic pleasure in seeing his new enemy suffer helplessly while watching whatever Mercer does to his (Heller’s) daughter the whole time.

Almost all of the cutscenes in this game are in black and white except for certain colors standing out. Is that an actual filter? I'm only asking because i would really like a filter like that.
