These are so absolutely sweet! I don’t have a stamp press thingie, so I put mine between two sheets of parchment and then a book on top… it worked a treat! Thanks so much for the inspiration!
Really fun project! Especially love how the little delicate ones turned out. An idea from Cathy (Cathy's Garden) is to use the flat glass top of a jar candle to press the hot glue down. Works great too!
Thanks so much for the outstanding pictures at the end. I watch on my phone so it's hard to see when you make little things. I replay the end pictures a few times so I can take them all in. Thanks again.
These are so cute. When adding another glue stick to your glue gun, put some melted glue on one end of the stick then insert that end into your glue gun and make sure it comes in contact with the previous one. All you have to do is pull the trigger and it will continue to feed.
I loveee it 😍😍 I will try it hopefully the hot glue doesn’t turn white 🥺 maybe with thin layer it will stay clear 🙏🏻 Thank you so much dear for sharing ❤️
Oh, I want to try this! I have the glue gun but not the other equipment. I have a pie server, spoons, silicone mat and my mind is still thinking of what else is in my house!
So beautiful Melina. I absolutely love this idea especially for travel and art journals. They all have really neat personalities and work really well with any vintage style. Ty for the idea!
Gorgeous what a great idea. Quick, fun project. Love the looks of them. I am going to have to make them but need that tool you used. Did you try putting some glitter and then pour the hot glue?
These are great! I love the ! And I have the flat stamp press too! 😍 I saw a hint on another video that said to use a “freezer ice pack” to set your stamp on between presses to keep it cool! Works great!
Yes, just like you could use colored wax with the wax seal press but of course you couldn’t see your focal points/die cuts/etc underneath colored glue or wax if they weren’t transparent like clear glue sticks.
another idea where I can use my pressed flowers! thank you so much! I'm also thinking that you could add another embellishment on top of the glue, maybe something that is shiny- like a glassy cutout strawberry(covered with neuvo drops or similar)
These embellishments are so cool! So fun to make! Here’s my query, if you attach this embellishment using hot glue, it would probably melt or bubble of the surface. What’s your favourite way of attaching this to a journal?
Oh my gosh! Those are super cute! I have to try some. How fun is that! 😀🌸🌹🌼
Thank you so much!

No, not before I set it but did put stickle glitter on top of a couple. It is so pretty!
Does the hot glue yellow over time? Love this idea. TFS
...don't know. I'm kind of hoping some do so they will have an even more aged look! :)

I am suspiciously staring at all metal objects around my house. 👀
😂😂😂
These are lovely and seem easy to make! I can forsee my hot glue stick budget increasing! Lol🤣 Thanks for sharing another fabulous project!
Thanks so much!
These look amazing & gonna get to it!
Thank you so much!
Love this idea but they look shiny. Is there a matte glue to use?
Mine didn’t turn out shiny. Not sure about glue finishes on hot glue.
I wonder if you could use colored glue sticks ???

Thanks! They are all paper on the back so any liquid adhesive would work to attach them. Even glue dots would work. 😁
I love these. I foresee a whole afternoon with my glue gun! Lisa Bunn
Yes! Thanks so much!
Hello how are you doing I was wondering if you have any ideas to start a prayer journal I really like to try to do this but I don’t have no ideas
I would just start writing. I love writing down my prayers.
