  • This project was for a new student space here in Auckland. They asked us to design and build all their furniture.
    These stacking stools were inspired by Jimmy Diresta.

      thanks! I had done a few projects that I didn't have the time to record unfortunately. But yay new tools!

    Hello, how do you like your band saw, I see you use it quite a lot. I have the same exact thing sitting in the corner of my shop in pieces, I did not get good straight cuts with it. Did you do any modifications to yours.

    is that also a DIY router table? same principle as the table saw?

      Thanks! yep! its a bit simpler than the table saw, its basically just a whole in the bench for the router to go through and mounted on a thin sheet of mdf

      I used prefinished plywood from a local plywood supplier

    why don't you use your table saw which you made

      The blade is a lot smaller and its less powerful so it doesn't cut as fast
