- We completed 2 years of moving into our new build from Barratt Homes. Experiences can be different for people and here's the video on my take. We are very happy and satisfied with our house but for sure there will always be some bits here and there. Here's a list of pros and cons of buying a house with David Wilson or Barratt Homes.

Hi @parinav the room size mentioned in the floor plan is that internal room size or it includes the external wall size.??
It's internal, there are more maps with external sizes as well if you surf the websites
Are you still with your opinion about barrat homes? Because we are going to buy one in august. Also i heard lot of people telling about the the damb and leakage in barrat homes and also when its raining the garden will be flooded. Is it true or do you face some of these problems there in your house. Please reply
We have seen tiles from roof coming off for some and ours we experienced leakage when there was a stormy heavy rain.
Tbh I would still say it's a good experience overall. The house is built to last. Some things the customer care will ignore while some will be dealt in time and with priority
@@PARINAV is that leakege happened in your first two years time or after that? Are they reponding fast to the complaints and coming to fix in those 2 years. Also the tiles from the roof got 10 years warranty isn’t it?
@@edisonavarachan844 yes the leakage happened after 2.5yrs and they took action immediately and even for the tiles that we saw in neighbourhood.
There can be a thing or 2 which might never be resolved but mostly everything is pretty much sorted. I would recommend

No price negotiation possible at all. You can check for any available offers they have
