First thing I thought when you entered the kitchen diner was how much it looked like one of the ones you showed when you guys were house hunting yourselves. I was so glad when Matt said it ! I liked this house but didn't love it. There's quirky then there's disjointed. Great vlog as always though x

If Andrew & Fergie ever get evicted from Royal Lodge this house could be the perfect downsize for them. Although, there's probably not much chance they could pass each other in the hallways. Very snug & cozy. 👍😃

It’s small for a family yes but affordable compared to others if you really need a 3-4 bed home and can’t afford a detached. We’re in a similar sized house with 3 kids
Not too sure about this house. The upstairs sitting room felt more like a bedroom and the downstairs was cramped. But as usual, fab video.
OMG could the hallway get any narrower. Careful opening those doors as you will bang into the door on the other side. Greedy developers trying to squeeze as many houses on to a plot as possible. This being said you guys are great ❤

I can see this house would give you more rooms by being taller than the average terraced house and maybe a bit cheaper than a lot of the other houses you show, but it would be too small for most people with children ❤❤❤
I really can’t imagine why anyone would want such a small house . I dont know if it’s optical illusion but the hallway seemed extremely narrow , quite claustrophobic . Should add have liked the other house tours .

I enjoy your house tours but this one proves that bad houses are still being built. Personally the office would go to extend the kitchen and dining area. I don't like three stories on houses mainly because you cannot get any large furniture items up the stairs. This involves taking windows out to get larger items in,or spending a fortune at the other hell hole IKEA. Spiral or twisted stairs are a death trap especially if your holding a baby. I really can't imagine having a family of four trapped in this box , Matt could only stand up in the bedroom where the window was he had to bend down to walk around. Even your enthusiasm for this property seemed a little cold .
I enjoyed your travel vlog…you guys are adorable…but let’s be real…this house is awful…that long hallway, teeny front room….ridiculous living room kitchen area…. I was clostrophobic just from watching the video….this to me was the worst house you have ever shown….
Agreed, didn't like the upstairs lounge. Then bedroom on Same level. Horrible
Ugly house with horrific layout, cannot fathom how the sign next to the door has labelled this as a 4-bed, has the ground floor size of a small 2-bed
all new houses are exactly the same. Cookie cutter houses, the only difference is size! No character, no atmosphere.
