- In this POV we explore around Rockefeller Center and head up to The Top of The Rock for golden hour to get some amazing shots of the city. This observation deck has a unique experience for photographers because on the top level theres no glass to obstruct the view of the lens. Paired with the breath taking view of the Empire State Building dead nuts in the frame. Plus an amazing view of Central Park this location has it all.
