At the beginning with the fire truck, before the truck was a nice building reflection shot.
Cool shot of the vessel with the fountains in landscape dude.👌
Awesome video and amazing shots! Just the inspiration I needed to go on this photo walk myself!
Great POV and shots 👏👏
Another awesome pov! Love the trains through the fence shots! Great work
Greetings from Belarus) Great walk, great shooting and super content.
Cool photos! I like them all! That red tree, beautiful! Please, if you have the time go again and take more photos of it with the wide angle lens.
Nice shots! This channel should have at least 500k subscribers!
Trying to get there 🏃🏼
Love your work. Great POV and shots. Thanks 👏
Thanks mate 🙏🏻
Great video as always my friend! Always a good feeling coming back from a week-long trip jet lagged as hell and catching up on videos I've missed. Gets me more inspired to get more photos in
Love to hear it
Looking forward to your lightroom tutorial.
That’s gonna be the next video 👌🏻
I was curious about the Vessel's current status. I read that it was closed several times due to multiple suicide jumpers. Is it open now? I am enjoying your videos. Having never been to NYC, it is interesting to walk around with you. I am curious, with so much to see, how do you narrow in on something to shoot? The puddle reflection shots I get since I do that a lot myself but how do you decide what is interesting when shooting buildings? Any rules of thumb you use?
Well to be honest it’s hard to pin point where I want to go sometimes. But once I get there I just go with the flow and see whatever catches my eye. Sometimes I’ll go to a location with a plan on what I want to shoot. The vessel sadly has been closed for good since 2019 I believe. You can walk in the bottom and look up that’s about it.
I saw you use a 70-200 and was that impressed with it that I went out and bought myself a Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG macro. This seems like it's going to be quite a learning curve as it seems, to me, that it's not as straight forward as my 50mm. Love the films and always look forward to the next one. I've never been to New York and would like to make that trip. It's a long way from Scotland but, who knows.
The sigma 70-300 is a great lens from what I’ve seen. I think for the beautiful landscapes of Scotland that lens will bring some great results. I’m glad to hear you enjoy the videos man. I’d love to see some of the images you get. Send me some pictures on Instagram or tag me if you post
Do you ever do any black-and-white conversions?
Sometimes but I shot a roll of black and white film in Chinatown if u wanna check the video out
I Need A 70-200 Or The 100-400 Just So That I Don't Get Up Close And Personal LoL ... Nice Video And Cool Shots Dude
It’s definitely handy in some scenarios
Just curious where was the location of this shoot in nyc ?

What was the deal with the red tree?
