  • Gateron's New Melodic Clicky Switches stock sound test
    Gateron Melodic: www.pryzma.io/products/gatero...
    Build specs:
    Board: Matrix 8x v3.0
    Plate: Aluminum flex cut
    Keycaps: GMK Analog Dreams
Meet one of the newest additions to Gateron's switch lineup - The Melodic clicky switch! These come pre lubed straight from the factory and have a very deep and crisp sound signature (not like other clicky switches) as well as offer a full tactile feeling with a strong rebound.

How do these compare to clickiez? I'm hoping they have more pretravel (further down bump) & less abrasive tactility.

These have more pre travel before the bump/click and the tactile bump is more gentle compared to the clickiez. Also, they both have a completely different sound signature

Thanks so much for the response! I've never tried Clickiez but do know that tactiles with the bump at the top are less satisfying for me than lower down, and the insane tactility of Clickiez would definitely either take awhile to get used to or not be ideal for me. I'm definitely gonna start a build with these :D

hm I think your mic is too close, there's a lot bass that I think normally you wouldn't hear.
