Dynamic desirable makes the port actively convert to trunk port. Dynamic auto willing to convert if the neighboring port set manually trunk or desirable. It is a CISCO Proprietary protocol. And these modes work only on CISCO Devices. Thanks for your great support and sharing my dear friend!

Why does the ports doesnt show on 'show vlan brief' after assigning them to port 999?

You can assign any Usable IP Address as the default gateway from the network. Usually administrators prefer the fancy numbers!
