Ingredients
200g wholemeal flour, 200g plain flour, 150g margarine, 125ml semi-skimmed milk, 1tsp fish spice blend, 1tsp chicken spice blend, salt to taste.

OMB i have bern using moririsom's iin Uk oat and bran for bread for years just add a little bit of water to your normal recipies if in UK
2 parts of powdered bran and oat plain flout to one part plain
