Hey there, I’m looking for a fountain pen that can handle shimmering inks without clogging.. I was thinking to get me a Twsbi Vac or Diamond with medium nib. Can you share your experience with this kind of inks?
Claudio Mariani every shimmer ink is different and has different size particulates so they aren’t all the same and won’t behave the same. BUT in general as long as you get a pen with a good flow and easy to clean you should be fine. Medium, Broad or stub mobs are best. Another thing to note with shimmer inks is you need to use the pen often so the particulate won’t set up and clog the feed
