They are incredible knives from the lockup when open to the excellent pocket clip. I have the one you have and the one with titanium inlays. Didn’t order a titanium one that just dropped but might get one later on down the road. I like other OTFs too, but Hawk Knives are on their own level.
I can’t wait for the titanium Model C. I think the price will be around $1,800. Pricey for sure, but they are really nice. They posted some clips on their Instagram account.
@@nomadicedge9788 Scarab 2 original Microtech 560$, right? Vespa scarab 2 99% identical with M390 steel 174€ with shipping. 4 of those for one original?!?!?!
@@nomadicedge9788 I taught that also until I bought one and compared it to the original. I’m telling you, the can do it right if you choose right. My cscarab 1 original came in with a twang sound from the spring and I payed 500€ back then. Now Scarab 2 Vespa came in flawless right out of the box. Minimum blade play grind lines symmetrical sharp as hell, I mean for wha it is it’s flawless. I’ll never buy Microtech again in my life. When the figure out the locking system of the deadock the game is on, believe me, and besides, do you really think that any otf is actually worth more than 350$?, except for the rare materials handmade?
@@nebulaM16 I most definitely believe they are worth the price. USA factories and employees cost much more that their Chinese counterparts. I also believe the materials to be of greater quality. Also, these knives hold their value and often appreciate unlike the knives you have mentioned. To each their own but comparing these historical U.S.A. blades to Vespa is apples and oranges.
Awesome!! Myself l prefer how the logo looks on the 7075 aluminum over the titanium I got lucky I was able to purchase one through blade HQ. I should get it around the 23rd 24th of November. Early Christmas present. Can't wait! 🔥👊🏼
this knife is dog shit because you can't use it in any way or shape in combat or utility or in anything. blade itself is so small and useless that i think if you open this against attacker he is going to laugh at you...
The button look like its 1mm above the scale...frictionless....amazing...bravo...

The carbon fiber is amazing...Great to see some new designs as well...Microtech take note my cash is going here....
Definitely a very nice knife, and having no blade shake shows the quality in the build.
And now the Deadlocks are $3000.00 Congrats to the folks that got them for a good price!
I believe that’s for the full Ti models but still!
The base model if u get one from the table at a blade show is 1100 dollars I believe
OOOOOOOO LORD, wow dude, great find.
Thanks brodie!! 👊😎
Titanium handles are coming to the Model C -- they updated this morning with new pricing details to follow.
I’m sure it won’t come cheap! Thanks for watching 👊👊

Yes 1800 and 2000 for dlc version
And you better be ready. They sell out in minutes, I tried last time and for the shortcut no luck yet.
@@paulbosley6448 I got my order in within minutes. Syked! FYI, as of 8:33pm EST, there’s still availability.
It’s a phenomenal otf knife…. must say.
Can’t wait until Vespa starts to produce them, they’ll probably have those for 2 to 3 hundred bucks.
What lol???

another 1/2 inch on the blade length would be nice.
Congrats, love mine. Good video. You could have talked more about the lockup, that's the amazing part.
Appreciate the comment 👍👍
Love using mine.

It would be interesting if you could now obtain a Microtech Glykon to compare it to. Someone needs to do that ultra high end OTF shootout.
Good call! I’ll see if I can make it happen.
