You are entering a very fun part of collecting with the vintage stuff! I’m thinking 60s on the Schrade. They just became Schrade in 73 and Walden was no longer on the stamping.

The Butter & Molasses is probably from the early 60’s. I had the Camillus version. Very pretty covers on those.
