I completely understand Brenda’s frustrations with the fact that Bethany is being raised by someone who isn’t her actual dad. But, in Sarah’s defense, Neil couldn’t have cared less about Bethany and I don’t think he wanted anything to do with her or Sarah. The plants may have not wanted him involved, but at the same time, he didn’t make any effort to see her or fight the Platts’ wishes of him not getting involved.
