there's a setting where you don't have to hold down Q and it'll show what's needed to be cleared at all times
Allot of new snow blowers are self propelled, you just follow and steer. On my side of the mountains the deepest we got was only 10 inches this year. Every time it started melting down it would snow again to keep it at 10 nches.

I hope that the calorie drain really was just a bug. I enjoy this game, but I just can’t see why your snow blower should be harder to use than the shovel. The point of getting better tools is to be able to handle bigger jobs quicker, but you can’t really do that if you’re basically spending all your earnings on food. 😅 Still, this was fun to watch. I find this kind of game very relaxing, and I’d love to see where the mystery goes. I want to see the yeti. Lol.
Also, when I was growing up in WV, we got I think like forty inches of snow once. My friend who had spent the night at our house ended up snowed in with us for like a week. 😄 I absolutely loved it as a kid, but I was also too young to be expected to shovel, so of course I did. Lol. My poor mom. Anyway. I still love when it snows. We live in a place that snows now after being in a tropical climate for ages, and I’m so glad we moved. This game does do a really good job of capturing the look and even the sound of snow, from the shoveling to the crunch of the snow under your feet. I really like that. So I hope they keep improving this game. It’s fun to watch, despite the issues.

29:08 actual its alot harder then a lawn mower most snow blower like that don't have powered wheels meaning you have the push the full weight of the snow yourself and snow is very heavy when its that deep in alot of cases IRL you'll have to use the shovel first to clear a few top layer cause the the snowblower you can't even use cause its to heavy to push into\ THAT said the food mechanic in this game is just stupid. i hate food in most games its never balanced right
the speed at which he was burning through calories would be like a bucket of chicken every hour. totally insane. I think when I play this i'm just going to jam it into 'fun' mode and shudder to think what the hard mode past realistic is like.
@@norsehawk i agree in a game its too much but let me tell you after using a snow blower without powered wheels to do a driveway i could eat a horse! its like consistently pushing 400lbs IRL it does burn alot of calories, thats why if anyone plans to buy a snow blower get one that has powered wheels TRUST ME its worth it.

Snow blower....not leaf blower...and that type of blower is not self propelled. You gotta push it and that burns calories.

I think they set up the game to be the bigger the tool the more calories, but that's insane. before you mentioned it, I looked at your food and was like wow that's dropping fast. maybe put it in fun mode so you don't have to deal with it so much?

I notice that you weren't warming up in the truck. I think that's pretty dumb that you can't warm yourself up in it. We /my family and I always warm up in our vehicle When we need to. You only have so many fingers and toes. I would like to keep all of mine. It's not like you can glue them back on once they freeze off. Anyways, hope your Character keeps all of his.
