Hello,
Yes we can. The motor controller should be capable of converting 60V to 48V.
The battery has a capacity of 60X48 = 2880 Wh.
It can drive 2880 W load for 1 hour.
Since the motor is 1000W, it can operate for 2.88 hours at full load (ideally)
