Singkamas (Jicama in English) is so refreshingly good, dipped (in vinegar & salt)! It's very expensive here in the state ~ $7 per pound! I've never had it cooked, just simply eat it raw or pickled with vinegar and salt ~ thank you for sharing your recipe! Naimas!
