Sana lang huwag gamitin panggisa yung mantika na pinagprituhan ng isda. Pwede sna if pork or chicken ang prinito dun sa oil.. but cooking oil that has been used for frying fish has fishy taste or malansa & it will somehow affect the taste of your dish. It's a Chef's NO-NO
