The camera looks to be slighter better than the NFC and the Pro but I'm not sure about the Mediatek processor but I imagine it's great for every day use, especially supported by a large battery. It's also interesting to see that Xiaomi as now have the highest amount of shipments of phones to Europe, overtaking Samsung and Apple. People are wising-up and realising you don't need stump up four figures to have a great phone. Big Chungus sends his regards.
@Shreyas A S One, who cares if it's a rebrand. Two, Xiaomi are giving people what they want which is why they're now number one in Europe. They have had a meteoric rise in the market for a reason and their probably glad you don't work for them or they wouldn't have the success they're having.
@Shreyas A S I think you expect too much. These are the best budget devices you can get with quirks and all. Also remember that different devices are branded for different markets. I don’t know why they do that but they do. Whatever they’re doing, they’re commercially successful and give those on a budget the opportunity to own a very good device.

I had the x3 nfc prior to getting the x3 gt which I have had for just over 3 weeks now. When I upgrade my phone I expect and upgrade across every significant feature and where the x3 gt goes I was somewhat disappointed. First of all the removal of the standard headphone jack. WHY are more and more cellphone manufacturers doing this? I am pretty sure the user base did NOT request this! Then to add insult to injury this model also did not include a micro-sd storage facility another highly significant feature in my book but it didn't end there because I use my phone a lot especially when outside or travelling to listen to podcasts etc so I was more than a little annoyed to discover that no amount of tweaking with all the settings allowed could give me an acceptable amount of volume even when using my more sizeable wired Marley headset! The volume is okay when set to maximum if I am waking on a street with hardly any or no traffic but as soon as in a road or street with even moderate traffic I am struggling to understand what is being said and if on a bus forget it as the engine noise makes it nigh on impossible to hear all and is stressful experience generally as there will be many random points where you would have to replay sections again in order to understand all being said. The lack of micro-sd card support I dealt with by opting for the 256GB model and the lack of headphone jack I overcame by buying an adaptor (not supplied with my phone!) but both of these were compromises I'd rather not be forced to take! Opting for the other close alternatives weren't solutions either because I would have to accept some the downgraded features - it's just with the x3 gt I decided what downgrades I could live with in order to have the features I valued more highly. That said when I made my decision I did NOT realise that the volume range on the x3 GT would actually be INFERIOR to that on my cheaper x3 nfc model! All in all this is something I have noticed generally with xiaomi i.e. they make it very difficult for some of us to decide on the perfect model for us by unexpected feature downgrades where you might least expect it. Now from all I said above you might think that I wished I had bought some other phone BUT to get things into perspective I got my x3 gt with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage and a 64mp main camera from Aliexpress delivered to my door for a mere £220(although on Amazon UK the same model and spec you would have to add another £110 to that at least)! When all is said and done for the spec of the phone I have probably saved at least £300 had I gone for flagship equivalents! I might be a whinger but I'm not *ucking stupid! lol UPDATE; I just thought I would share with anyone that is interested that I have now found an excellent solution to my lack of volume issue. The answer was so simple that I am kicking myself for not thinking of it earlier. There was a few options to choose from but the I recommend because it as the one I chose and I know it works well is called "Super Volume Booster".
