- Highly requested video. These shorts are superrrrr cute. I saw a pair like these online for about $160, why spend that much when you can make them on your own? I spent about $20 total (shorts, flag, & glue). Anywho, thanks for watching, you guys are so dope!!

It's not a real flag. If it was, you wouldn't be able to see through it. When she held it up to show us you could see her through the "flag." It's literally fabric that was dyed to look the like the American Flag so calm down.

Y'all are so rude to this woman... It was just a piece of material dyed like the American flag... and you guys are saying "she shouldn't let it touch the ground", or "she shouldn't cut it". First of all, it's not the real American flag, in fact it's not a flag at all. So calm down, and stop calling people out of their names!! Geesh! We all know that some of you have family in the military, but it's not disrespecting you by cutting a piece of material. So if I were to go into a sew shop and cut a piece of blue material, that would be disrespectful?? Haha, didn't think so. Immature over a piece of material.. Does the glue hold through washes? How does it hold up to ironing? P.S your style is awesome!
you should of put sliver studs in the middle of each of the stars and on the lining of the the stripes :)
Instead of using fabric glue , i used hot glue . will the flag fall off if i wash it ? And I Absolutely love this DIY !

I'm over here laughing my ass off at all of the idiotic comments saying it's not a "real" or "authentic" flag....lol!! What constitutes real versus fake? In the US code it specifies a "flag" as anything that is designed and looks like the flag......including pins, patches, and so forth. It's a damn piece of fabric ya'll....jeesh!! And to all of you getting so damn butt hurt over this you're forgetting the little thing called the FIRST AMENDMENT!!! That is what prevents punishments for doing any of these things to the flag.....she's wearing it, not dragging it through the streets!! Damn!
