I can’t believe Matt Morgan was on the show this week, awesome to see him. As I am one who’s trying to break into the wrestling business I want to do all I can to avoid painkiller and stuff but as a wrestler that might be difficult to do haha. This weeks episode was very interesting and a little terrifying as well hearing Rene’s and Matt’s experiences. Thank you guys for this awesome channel, keep up the great work James and Rene🤘.
The fact that there are people like you willing to spread the message, raise awareness and share your experiences is really heartwarming for me. Thank Rene, Matt and James for this and everything. The Cafe episodes always go appreciated. God bless you all.
So happy I came across this channel man. I used to be a huge wwe fan back in the day and still follow pro wrestling occasionally. So great to see you doing as well as you are sir and I wish you nothing but continued success. Can't wait for more episodes!
I think we can all agree, we need Rene in AEW. Can you imagine the raw straight shoots between him and punk? Rene has become a boss as he's gotten older
I have suffered from gambling addiction over the years and I can tell you that it is one of the most brutal addictions out there. I have had withdrawals from it and it is terrible.
Great episode!! I'd be really interested on an episode to do with depression and the relation it can have to drugs and alcohol addiction, what can lead to depression whether in life in general or in the wrestling business whether it would be bullying, depression because of a lack of success, the wrestling travel lifestyle. That would be interesting. Another fantastic episode 👍🏻👍🏻💪🏻👏🏻
26:10 These are words of two TRUE CHAMPIONS. Won the greatest battles of their lives and are now inspiring others to make positive changes. Matt taps into some incredibly powerful energy here at the end. I fucking LOVE it ✊️❤💪
I recently watched an interview on the Hannibal tv where Rene was asked do describe JBL and he compared him to Ben Affleck's character O'Banyon in Dazed and Confused and That has to be the absolute BEST fucking description of that douchebag I've watched and have been a fan of Rene Dupree since his WWE debut glad to see him still going strong
Great episode! Good timing as well, for me at least. I've done stupid stuff, mostly drinking, I can see where I rationalize drinking to myself and such; but I've decided to pretty much quit and get back into shape. Although I wouldn't say I've ever been addicted; and I've been getting drunk 1-3 times a week but, for whatever reason I don't "need" it.
@@cafederene Thank you! I do find myself trying to come up with a reason to get more alcohol, "what if I get stressed?" Basically my mind is trying to make excuses for me to drink. I'm going to come back to this video when I have a bad day. Thanks for educating people! I'm definitely going to research any prescribed drugs if or when I need them too. I think a lot of people think they're "safe" because they're medically prescribed drugs, but cocaine was legal and considered healthy back in the day as well. It was even in sodas.
I dont bother with coke (yes I've done it, but uppers were never for me) but I got buddies here in the east coast that do, and the bys are always saying how the coke is even full of F (Fentanyl) now days bud. Its wild, but I'm so proud of how far you come and your bravery in talking about this subject, my hats off to you brother. 🇨🇦
I would definitely vote for Matt. You can tell he's not a politician and genuine about serving the people and his community. Also incredible backstory with his drug addiction, I had no idea how serious it was.
A good episode I think could be about the well known backstage politicians in wrestling like Hulk Hugan, Kevin Nash, HHH, Paul Heyman, Randy Orton etc etc
Thank you for the interview this one really hits home glad to see Matt doing well trying to help more people through this and damn Rene you really showed us how hard it was for you as well when you talked about your experiences, I know it isn't easy opioid addiction is so difficult to deal with and to beat the pain, withdrawal, the challenge of sobriety especially when feeling in pain or having a bad day as you said makes the thought of using come back every now and again but we gotta keep strong. If people really need something to help with pain relief, take a much healthier and non-addictive medicine such as marijuana if we must take anything at the very least it's natural but also to be able to live without being dependent on any of these pills is the only way to ensure a longer and happier life without fear of death through overdose and also chronic illness. Peace to you and cannot wait for another interview who knows maybe Matt would like to touch base soon to find out what projects and initiatives he has going in the future. Cafe De Rene very quickly becoming one of my favourite places to hang out much love and peace
I been waiting for this one. As someone who's been there myself I can relate bud, I'm from east coast Canada and those damn Perosets would ruin a nation. And those yellow 40s, and the green monsters. I'm 26 and its forever a struggle. I have a question? What's your advise when someone relapses brother? 🇨🇦
The killer is some fake pills aren't even F. Just T1s. For example, I'm after doing just one after pec and be wasted. (Because of the F) I'm after doing 10 pecs and sober (only t1s) damn pill pressed is making the battle even harder, which isnt an easy battle to start with.
Remember addiction is a symptom of unmet needs. If your basic needs: housing, food, clothing, social interactions (positive), and love, being comfortable physically are met, you won't turn to substances. These guys need painkillers because they hurt. Whether that pain comes from the brain, muscles, or bones, it doesn't matter. You wanna win the war on drugs? Legalize, encourage people to seek help from doctors, and destigmatize. I have yet to meet a single adult without some sort of crutch: pills, weed, alcohol, food, sex, etc. Life is suffering for so many Largely because the world isn't run in a natural way.

I have suffered from gambling addiction over the years and I can tell you that it is one of the most brutal addictions out there. I have had withdrawals from it and it is terrible.

Rene can you do a episode about diet and workout routines some examples routines how one can lose body fat build muscle and get lean
Insanely informative interview. Terrifying stuff. I didn't realise it only took 2ml to get you hooked. One hell of a PSA
Great content, necessary message.
But let your cohost get some questions in.
Epic job
The Wrestling Inc Podcast sucks without Matt. he was the best part of that podcast
Those guys are scumbag
Matt messed up.
Matt Morgan needs to return and be the father of Liv Morgan in a wwe storyline
Matt Morgan OVW TO WWE where he beat up The Big Show on SmackDown in 2005
Wish you and Hannibal could do a team Canada type team get the Canada flags and do a run as tag champions

Who saw the footage of big caas of WWE tna , having alcohol seizurer pretty brutal clip, he'd be a good Giant to interview too glad he's bounced back
That's what got Andrew Martin Test oxycodone overdose
What I'm trying to say is fake painkillers these days are either F or t1s(small MG of codine)
27:08 I can't tell you how important it was for me to hear that. I don't want to commit suicide over this.
Can you interview Luther reigns, Tyson Tomoko, mark jindrak,
Keep a eye out Saturday
Rattling a pill bottle in a locker room full of pro wrestlers = Inevitable Pavlovian Effect/Response
Fake heroin with F is getting big here in Newfoundland now sadly bud
The blueprint.
