I prefer the layout of the Burstner over the Hymer and that’s not because I own one, but I think it feels like it’s more roomy and definitely prefer the seating arrangement. 9m long, wow it’s almost a truck. Enjoy your week and looking forward to the trip and your review.

Wow that's large and very nice. Think I agree with you on the black plastic dash etc, makes it look a tad commercial maybe. I have to say, I wouldn't fancy taking that on any roads in Devon. TBH most of the UK really. I do love it though hand look forward to more content on it

Very true, I used to work for Thames water and the grew water and sewage both go into the sewer and are taken away to be treated .

A very nice motorhome indeed. The shower, washroom and toilet are exceptional. I am surprised that there isn't a bit more counter space for food preparation, although you do have the seemingly large table to prepare if you need extra space. I suppose that forfeiting counter space is what allows for that very practically sized washroom and shower! I look forward to further videos! Enjoy!!
I do prefer the majority of the interior but I agree, black and brown just doesn't cut it.
Maybe there are others with a more aesthetically pleasing colour scheme 🤔

That's one helluva big motorhome Andrew!! Really swanky and posh, don't get too used to these large vans! Everything else will feel tiny! Being in the US, I wondered why all the cassette toilets instead of black and gray tanks. Now I know. I’m curious to find out more about that Thetford system in a later video.

Lovely motorhome. I am interested in the toilet. Since in America, most dumping stations take black water, that's not a problem. But using grey water for flushing the toilet and cleaning the black tank that's cleaver. And keeping black tanks clean is a problem. Anything that improves that would be appreciated.
Still say a cassette toilet is best for a van with limited storage, but a 9 meter van doesn't have that problem. 🙂

Good grief. I’m used to seeing various forms of 30’ land yachts here in the States but that there’s a market in Europe for these beasts blows my mind.
Hi Andrew. I think the accommodation of this one is a wee bit practical than the Hymer you just shown us, I particularly like the sink being separate from the bathroom, which is very useful if you have outdoor activities - at least Dougal can wash his feet in the sink after his parade in the wild. However, I always have a practical question....these vehicles are super massive, I guess you can only travel from caravan sites to sites via motorways, which means, a long distance from town. If you come by a small place (or even you cannot even go to these small places due to narrow roads, which often in many cases, the scenes are spectacular.) and wish to stop over for an ice-cream, you cannot even possibly do that. When things get so big, you may as well rent a B&B nearly, savour local food, experience local cultures by interacting with the locals. That's what in accordance to my idea, going on holiday is all about (Remember how Audrey Hepburn enjoyed her Roman Holiday HA HA). I think the maximum size for journeys should be a Fiat Ducato or similar. I am sure some must disagree.
Motorhomes, campers, and caravans are ALL about compromise. The more living space, the more agile. The more agile, the less living space. You pays your money...

Wow that is huge indeed! :D It looks amazing however I am not a big fan of this bathroom door system...imagine your partner is having a shower while you need to go to the loo...either you need to close all blinds in case someone wish to have a little peek inside so you can use the toilet door and expose the shower or you close the door and then you both enjoy the view of each other :D :D :D

It looks diy. Just buy a nice caravan and a decent tow car . I will never understood the hype of big motorhomes. I keep looking but nothing compares to the former.👍
Andrew, I'm sorry but it's horrible! I don't like glossy white furniture at all, I find the brown upholstery appalling. And I also think that in a motorhome of this price you should not see the zippers of the cushions. But what really scares me is the marble imitation everywhere.
The same distribution with different finishes would be a incredible motorhome.
Although it is ugly, I hope you enjoy it very much and make us some impressive videos, as always.

The expanding “slides” do not appear to be popular in Europe. That’s understandable. I personally do not like them.
I watched this when it came out and had a few misgivings. I've just watched it again with my wife who wanted to see it and my misgivings have turned into outright "My goodness, what a terrible idea..."
I can't be the only person who, on seeing the Thetford Indus system, thought "Ah, the inkjet cartridge model", can I? The last thing anybody needs is a proprietary and horribly overpriced chemical toilet system. Even if you accept that you're tied in to one supplier, then you're limiting where you can empty your tanks - is this really what people want.
Then there's the fact that a lot of motorhomers drain their grey water at any and every opportunity. There's nothing wrong with that, but if you've got a system that lets you dump your blackwater tank at the side of the road as well...... Ewww. No thank you.
Then there are those lights. What happens when one of them breaks - you either have to cough up for a Bürstner spare part (goodness knows how much those lamps cost) or live in the dark because you can't put any other kind of light there as there's no wiring to those points.
In summary, looks lovely from the outside, uninspiring (understatement) on the inside and designed to milk as much cash from the owner as possible. Not impressed.

I like camping and thinking to buy my own Rv next year. I have seen your videos and many of them are interesting. But really... do you have to have your dog in all episodes and everywhere? I like dogs but there is a limit.

@@markrothwell6057 it is surprising how fast I get negative remarks. From dog owners I suppose. Yes, I do not own a dog but as I said, I like dogs in general. I also find this channel occasionally interesting. And asI said, I don't understand the function of the dog in every scene and nobody could explain what makes him so big star. Now I understand that this channel is for dog owners who like caravans and again yes, I will be more selective. Let's leave this conversation here )))

Regarding the black water tank: 50 liters is basically the same as the bigger cassette of Thedford, Morelos or Concordes do have 250 liters tanks for that,
But! On organic basis not forced chemically and on the hook of Thedford chemical supply chain, which is very expensive and absolutely not needed, this is a invention that’s completely nuts and I would personally never ever even think of buying it, bad for environment and bad for your pocket,
A reason not to buy this car

Take my guess Andrew, in one year from now Büstner will remove this system again as very very few will buy,
Would think that in Germany 8 out of 10 are not keen on chemical solutions, especially if it’s not necessary, u can clear out black water together with grey water on all campsites completely normal as it’s organic, while Thedford cassettes everywhere need to be cleared separately
On top as I said, who wants to be on the hook of Thedford???
