Hey guys have a question on a 2002 4r100, it's a non diode style and is a one way roller sprag style. My issue is we completely rebuilt it with all high energy clutchs, new lipseals and updated it with a full spline forward drum which it did not have and a complete transgo tugger kit. It all went together flawlessly, only issue sis from 1st to 2nd you have to let off the gas in order for it to shift after that it ahifts firm and very nice no slipping st all. Have built many in the past and have not run into this issue, just kinda lost or a Lil confused have gone back thro all our photos of how it was factory which we take photos of everything and nothing seems to be outnof place, reason of rebuild was burned reverse and worn out lip seals. Any help would be great thank youm
@@expressautotransmissiondav4207 we did in fact take the valve body accumulator valve body sorry a part and definitely checked all the bores to make sure they weren't oblong or anything of that nature which they were not we did fine I believe the 1-2 valve was kind of sticky because it didn't move very freely with a pick
@expressautotransmissiondav no codes of any sort have had scanner on it continuously and yes line pressure are spot on thinking of a silly stuck regulator valve may be messing with me.
On the new bench. Thanks for the video
As always a great video. 👍
Very good!!
Outside of changing the fluid is there any other maintenance items you can do to preserve this transmission?
Fluid and filter are about it.
Make a video tht how to test 6l80e techm

Have you check solenoid regulator valves
@@expressautotransmissiondav4207 if you're referring to the regulator valves in the accumulator body correct?
